Registration Status

The Practice operates a membership scheme for patients who live in the following London postcodes: W11, W2, W8, W9, W10, W12, W14, NW6, NW8. Members are entitled to discounted consultation fees, full 24 hour emergency care, home visits, and free telephone advice.

Membership

Family:	£540 annual	£45 per month
Single Adult:	£240 annual	£20 per month
Child:	£120 annual	£10 per month

Payment of Fees

Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, cheque, or credit card. We accept all major credit cards except American Express. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to charge your credit card with the outstanding amount, and therefore we require the details of a valid credit card as part of the registration process.

Please note: A cancellation fee is charged on appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
