Annual Family Membership – £650.00
Annual Extended Family Membership (up t0 10 members) – £950.00
Annual Adult Membership (adults above 21 years of age) – £350.00

Pathology fees for the analysis of any tests, swabs, or other samples are not included in the cost of consultation. Prices are available on request at the surgery. The costs of these tests vary enormously depending on what is being tested. Patients are advised to ask the doctor at the time of consultation as to the likely cost of any tests being performed.

Insurances
Where the patient’s fees will be met by private medical insurance, payment must be made upfront to the Portobello Clinic; it is the patient’s responsibility to secure a refund under the terms of their insurance.
Patients are advised to check carefully the terms of their insurance and verify with their insurer if their treatment will be covered. In all circumstances patients are responsible for the payment of their treatment.
Health Checks, Assessments and Health Screens
Annual Health Screen – £810.00 for non-members and £750.00 for members
- Full medical history and physical examination
- Comprehensive blood, urine and stool tests
- Resting ECG test
Gold Health Screen – £3,090.00
- CT scan check – includes heart calcium score, chest, abdomen, pelvis and colon
Platinum Health Screen – £3,550.00
- CT scan check – includes heart calcium score, coronary angiogram, chest, abdomen, pelvis and colon

Cancer Genetics Screening – £699.00
Genetic screening service intended for those with or without a family history of cancer; it combines the 30 gene panel associated with 8 common cancers, with specific tests for men (prostate, colorectal, melanoma) and women (breast, colorectal, melanoma).
